WHAT YOU MUST KNOW
Bring your own swimming costume while in the Nordik Spa baths. You must wear sandals in the installations (any other types of foot wear are prohibited).
During your treatments, a bathrobe and a locker are provided.
A reservation must be done for the access to the Nordik Spa. During busy periods, we reserve the right to offer time-slot access to the spa. The required age is 16 years old.
Arrival must be 15 minutes before your massage otherwise we cannot ensure the normal length of your treatment. For pregnant women, a minimum of 12 weeks of pregnancy is required.
Our massage therapists are certified for insurance refunds.
Reservations for treatments and for the spa must be guaranteed with a credit card. It is possible to cancel your treatment 24 hours before your reservation. Otherwise,50% of your treatment will be charged to your card.
The enlisted prices are per person, plus taxes and tips are not included. Prices may vary without advanced notice. The tips are at your discretion.
Cancellation policies
If you can't be here for your appointmend, you have to cancel it 24 hours beforehand.
